Anatomy for Asana – Accessing the Full Range of Motion in the Shoulder Girdle
This workshop will take a look at how stability in the feet and legs can be used to access deeper breathing  to improve the range of motion in the shoulders and upper chest. Once the organs are ‘placed’ the brain is released and greater sensitivity of the back of the body is possible which is key to not only improving backbends but enjoying their many health benefits
