I am delighted to offer this workshop as an introduction to the restorative properties of backbends. Here under expert guidance, you will learn to work progressively with props to develop strength and perception of the back of the body to go toward deep relaxation.
The props provide stability and support for the more mobile parts of the body (the lumbar and lower ribs) so you begin to explore the greater possibility of movement and length in the upper back and front of the hips.
