Rocket, Dharma and Yin Yoga and Meditation Retreat in The Catskills, upstate NY Sep 2nd -7th 2016

Am thrilled to be returning to Menla Mountain Lodge located in the stunning Catskills Mountains in upstate NY to host another retreat.  This year I will be co-hosting the retreat with renowned London based Rocket and Yin  yoga teacher Marcus Lord Veda.

Don’t miss this chance to go deeper into your practice under the guidance of two experienced and dedicated teachers in a location renowned for its unspoiled beauty, variety of wildlife, abundance of streams and rivers and ancient forested mountains.

Combining the best of our knowledge and training we will be offering detailed asana clinics covering every aspect of the practice from inversions, backbends, hip openers, seated and standing poses as well as dynamic classes to put all of that detailed work into play and  Yin classes to ground and release, Pranayama and Meditation.

As well as their yoga training under the guidance of renowned teachers Sri Dharma Mittra, Larry Schultz, David Kyle and The Yoga people, Marcus also has a Black Belt in the ancient Japanese martial art of ninjutsu, which compliments his yoga practice, combining self-discipline with freedom of movement, and lightness with control and Nathalie has received extensive training in Contortion, Ballet and how to safely work to advance flexibility.
